Project Overview
NTH assessed the cost of completing much needed capital invesment into the building systems and structure vs. Disposing of the asset and using funds to downsize and relocate MNCC offices. Ultimately MNCC determined selling the property minimized financial risk and downsizing to a new leased space was in their best interest.
The Challenge
The age of the property and much needed mechanical and structural repairs lowered the selling price and finding buyers with a vision for the asset redevelopment in the Whittier neighborhood. Finding a buyer that matched MNCC values and could close in a timely manner.
How We Made It Happen
Listing the property at an attractive price and being upfront on the maintenance needed. We worked with MNCC to find a compatible buyer and worked diligently with the entire team to successfully close the deal.
The Outcome
Worked with MNCC to locate and select a right-sized new location, negotiated terms and signed a lease for their new offices. Worked with Tanek and MP Johnson to build out their improvements and relocate the MNCC team.
