The Family Partnership

Project Overview

NTH supported The Family Partnership in assembling multiple parcels and developing a new 48,000-square-foot headquarters. Located in Minneapolis, the facility brings services closer to the communities served while consolidating operations into a single, purpose-built space.

The Challenge

The project required assembling multiple properties while incorporating an existing lease, adding complexity to site control, timing, and coordination. In addition, financing of the project came from multiple sources requiring detailed management of how funds were allocated.

How We Made It Happen

NTH coordinated a broad group of stakeholders, including financing partners, community organizations, and the design and construction team, to ensure alignment and maintain project momentum.

The Outcome

The Family Partnership’s new headquarters building brings the resources they provide closer to the communities served. The new facility is three times as large as previous locations and consolidated functions to one centralized location making it easier for families to take advantage of the services provided.
