Secure a new site for a regional headquarters that reflects Syngenta Seeds' values and culture of protecting the environment, improving health and the overall quality of life.
Challenges:
Locate a site that provided ease of access, a significant amount of green space, and an inviting outdoor environment for 400 plus employees and guests.
Unique Solution:
After evaluating dozens of options, Nelson, Tietz & Hoye assisted Syngenta Seeds in obtaining a conveniently located site at I-394 and Hopkins Crossroads to be developed by Opus as a build-to-suit headquarters. The Gold LEED Certified designed building sits on approximately 14 acres with outdoor meeting areas and walking paths nestled into an environmentally friendly site.
