Nelson, Tietz & Hoye guided SUPERVALU from an initial market search to an executed lease in five weeks, an unheard of timeline for a 350,000 sf transaction. The new site, less than a mile east of SUPERVALU's headquarters, was scheduled for demolition to make way for a phased multi-tenant speculative office project. Nelson, Tietz & Hoye and SUPERVALU worked with the property owner to quickly negotiate lease terms and renovate the facility for immediate occupancy.
