A metro-wide search led to a consolidation of the administrative office at Midtown Exchange, a historic renovation of a Sears Roebuck Store / Warehouse. The award winning mixed-use project includes; office, retail, housing, and a hotel. Nelson, Tietz & Hoye assisted with the lease negotiations and oversaw tenant improvements in the historic facility.
