JOHN TIETZ
Principal – PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
John has been involved in real estate planning, design and construction for over 35 years. His work includes; program evaluation, land use analysis, site selection, facility audits, evaluation of alternative project delivery strategies, design and construction team selection, and management of the construction process. Prior to founding Nelson, Tietz & Hoye, John was principal of John C. Tietz Associates, established in 1981.

Tina, with over 20 years of experience in corporate real estate, works with companies on strategic planning, site selection, lease negotiations, financial analysis, and related services. Before founding Nelson, Tietz & Hoye in 1993, Tina worked with a Minneapolis-based corporate real estate service provider.

RENEE KIRSCHT RASCHER
Senior Associate – PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Renee collaborates with clients, project consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure that work progresses as planned. She handles client approvals of plans and schematic drawings, supervises the review of proposals and construction plans, evaluates vendor bids and proposals, and prepares and manages project schedules and budgets.

ANNA COSKRAN
Senior Associate – REAL ESTATE SERVICES
Anna provides clients with comprehensive strategic planning, site selection, customized financial analyses and lease negotiations. Anna teams with clients to understand their business as well as their real estate options, resulting in informed and competitive solutions. TERRY DUGAN
Director of Administration – ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
Terry is responsible for many different areas at Nelson, Tietz & Hoye including accounting, information technology, human resources and marketing. When she isn’t helping answer technology related questions or overseeing personnel-related matters, she is managing the financial activities of the firm, including accounting, payroll and financial reporting.

Executive Office Assistant – ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
Heidi provides administrative assistance to both the Real Estate and Project Management service areas of Nelson, Tietz & Hoye. Heidi prepares presentations and proposals, coordinates meetings and keeps the office running smoothly.

LYNETTE DUMALAG
Associate – REAL ESTATE SERVICES
Lynette supports the Real Estate Team of Nelson, Tietz & Hoye. Her areas of client service include market research, lease review and financial analysis. She also maintains market databases and monitors client leases.
